The Hand Up Hub is your neighborhood's first call for connection. We believe everyone, regardless of age, background, or circumstance, deserves access to the answers and resources they need to live positively and productively. We are not a traditional social service agency; we are a dynamic community nerve center, matching curiousity with answers and need with solutions.

We provide a human bridge over the gaps that isolate people. Our work is as varied as olur communit's needs;

  • Everday Guidance
    • : From explaining why the sky is blue for a curious child, to finding a local bingo game for a senior feeling isolated, to sharing a recipe that brings a family together.
  • Critical Support
    • : From helping a neighbor facing homelessness secure shelter, guiding a job seeker toward training and employment, to assisting someone formerly incarcerated with reintegration.
  • Fundamental Philosophy
    • : We help anyone who asks. Rich or poor, young or old. IF it's a question or a need, and a lack of resources is in the way we are here to find a solution.
